LeadLine

Terms of Service

Effective November 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of LeadLine, operated by Brennan Verna, a sole proprietor doing business as LeadLine in Austin, Texas ("LeadLine", "we", "us"), including the website at leadlinetx.com, emails, and text-message features (the "Service"). By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. What LeadLine does

LeadLine collects publicly available information, including government bid notices, building permit records and business filings, and organizes it into leads matched to your trade and area. Depending on your plan, it delivers those leads by email and online, and can send automatic text replies to people who call your business and don't reach you.

2. Leads are information, not guarantees

Leads come from public sources we don't control and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We don't guarantee that any lead turns into work, that a bid is still open, or that a business or project will proceed. Confirm details with the issuing agency or property owner before bidding or reaching out. You're responsible for how you use the information, including following all laws on contacting people, such as do-not-call rules.

3. Trials, billing and cancellation

4. Text messages (Callback)

If you use Callback, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the connected phone number, and that automatic replies only go to people who called your business first. You won't use Callback to send marketing to people who haven't asked to hear from you. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out, and we honor opt-outs automatically. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Acceptable use

Don't resell or republish LeadLine data in bulk, scrape or overload the Service, share your account outside your business, or use the Service for anything unlawful, including harassment or unwanted robocalls or texts.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep LeadLine running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or when a public data source changes or goes offline. We may add, change or remove features, and will tell you about significant changes that affect your plan.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, LeadLine isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending service

We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or don't pay. You can stop using LeadLine at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
